The staff at the Valley of the Moon Children’s Home has adopted the Boys’ Town Motivation System to build and reinforce social skills with the children. Children earn points for their good behavior and efforts; the children accumulate their points and are able to spend their points by shopping in the Points’ Closet. The closet is stocked with non-essential items that children love; the closet contains a wonderful variety of dolls, teddy bears, jewelry, hair accessories, balls, wallets, healthy snacks, and music. Items to stock the closet are needed for children of all ages.
